Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 7–20 business days

  • International Orders: 10–30 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Any active promotions will be displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
